Swim Your Way To Fitness

 

Swimming is a fun fitness activity that burns a massive amount of calories, builds muscular strength and endurance, improves cardiovascular fitness and is easy on the joints.

Eating out can be healthy

 

You don't have to stop going to your favorite restaurant in order stay healthy. I still manage to keep fit while going to some of my favorite places such as Red Lobster and Ruby Tuesday's.

Competitions

Competitions are Fun!!

 

To be healthily and keeping fit, it's always important to test yourself. A couple times a year, I will compete in Fitness Competitions. Yes, coming in 1st place is always nice but, it challenges myself to do better while having fun at the same time.
